Supv Product Compliance

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workflow and activities of the Product Compliance team
• Train, coach, and develop team members to strengthen technical knowledge and regulatory expertise
• Review product compliance work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards
• Coordinate product filing activities from preparation through regulatory approval
• Oversee preparation and submission of filings to regulatory authorities
• Support responses to Department of Insurance (DOI) inquiries
• Partner with business areas to implement updated procedures resulting from regulatory changes
• Collaborate with Product Development, Claims, Legal, and Marketing to complete compliance initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in product compliance, regulatory compliance, or product filings
• Working knowledge of insurance regulations and DOI filing processes
• Knowledge of Supplemental and Group insurance products
• Prior supervisory, team-lead, or coaching experience
• Ability to research, interpret, and apply regulatory requirements
• Sound judgment in resolving compliance matters

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience coordinating insurance product filings
• Experience supporting new product development or significant product changes
