About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and organize food preparation and presentation to meet established standards
- Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout kitchen areas
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Liaise with Pastry Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Managers regarding food preparation and presentation
- Coordinate with Stewards to ensure cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, storage, and staff training

- Experience in food preparation and presentation
- Kitchen supervision and organization skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to manage day-to-day kitchen operations
