About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the regional BaaS Lending and Embedded Finance vision and target operating model
- Own the proposition portfolio from concept and business case through commercialization and scaling
- Lead the ecosystem-partner lifecycle from assessment and negotiation through activation and performance management
- Develop monetization models and manage growth, revenue quality, and unit economics
- Drive adoption through go-to-market execution, partner enablement, and data-led performance improvement
- Build and lead high-performing direct and matrix teams across markets
- Represent the organization in senior partner engagements and industry forums
Requirements
- 15+ years in banking, digital lending, embedded finance, BaaS, fintech or partnerships, including senior leadership
- Experience in regional or global roles leading strategy and commercialization across markets
- Track record of the partnership lifecycle and commercial negotiation
- Strong understanding of regulatory, data, security and operational considerations in digital lending
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering or related discipline
- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Relevant postgraduate qualification
- Additional relevant language capability
