About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Finance Technology strategy, target architecture and roadmap
- Own end-to-end service outcomes for GL, regulatory reporting, reconciliation and profitability platforms
- Lead Run, Change and Transform agenda with resilience, security and compliance focus
- Govern OFSAA, Oracle EPM and Finance data engineering capabilities
- Oversee strategic vendors, system integrators and managed-service partners
- Manage Finance Technology budgets and capacity across Run, Change and Transform
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years banking or financial-services technology experience
- At least 8 years in senior leadership with Finance Technology accountability
- Deep knowledge of GL, close, regulatory reporting, planning and FTP
- Experience with OFSAA, Oracle Financials, EPM and data warehousing
- Strong technology risk, audit and controlled software delivery background
- Executive communication and stakeholder management with CFO and regulators
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business Administration or Finance
- PMP, PRINCE2, TOGAF, ITIL, AWS or Azure, COBIT, CISA or CISM
- Experience with multi-country expansion and data-residency models
- Familiarity with IRRBB, LCR/NSFR, ILAAP and Oracle EPM modules
