About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, staff, and scale a world-class Central Operations function to standardize multi-state provider support, credentialing, and scheduling.
- Centralize and automate medical records, laboratory integrations, and referral management.
- Optimize operational frameworks for both Fee-For-Service and Value-Based Care models.
- Lead facility partner implementation, onboarding, and B2B workflow integration.
- Maximize clinical throughput and provider productivity through EHR optimization and administrative automation.
- Manage daytime telemedicine team operations and clinician utilization.
- Create executive-level productivity scorecards and monitor performance metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of operational leadership in fast-growing healthcare organizations.
- Proven track record managing high-volume Medical Records (HIM), Lab routing, and Referral coordination.
- Deep experience balancing FFS and VBC operational metrics.
- Success leading complex, multi-site operational rollouts with external healthcare partners.
- Familiarity with the post-acute care ecosystem (SNFs, ALFs, senior care).
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MHA highly preferred.
- Proficiency in healthcare analytics, financial modeling, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
