SVP | Real Assets | Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fund accounting delivery across Real Assets mandates
• Act as the senior technical accounting authority across fund, holding company, and SPV structures
• Maintain oversight of operational, accounting, and client service risks
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing fund accounting teams
• Partner with Executive Management in client presentations and business development initiatives
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent)
• 12+ years of progressive experience in fund administration, asset management, or public accounting
• Deep Real Assets accounting experience across Real Estate and Infrastructure structures
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, local and European GAAPs, and complex multi-entity transactions
• Proven leadership of Fund Accounting or Financial Reporting teams
• Demonstrated success managing senior client relationships and engaging with auditors and stakeholders
• Experience onboarding new clients and fund structures
• Experience working through a global team-extension model
• Proficiency with Yardi, Investran, Workiva, eFront, or comparable platforms is advantageous
