SWE Infrastructure Specialist (Java)

Responsibilities

• Engage AI models on Java-centric infrastructure and platform engineering tasks
• Verify architectural decisions related to concurrency, latency, throughput, and resource utilization
• Assess infrastructure and application-level testing strategies
• Analyze deployment and reliability risks
• Capture reproducible failure modes and provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of systems thinking, architectural design, and performance engineering
• Expertise in JVM-based services and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud-native deployments and enterprise-grade architectures
• Strong written communication skills to explain system behavior and design decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Java systems
• Experience in platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps-adjacent roles
