About the role
Responsibilities
- Reach out to warm and cold B2B leads
- Book qualified meetings for client sales teams
- Represent SaaS, AI, and software brands
- Use phone, email, and LinkedIn for outreach
Requirements
- Native or fluent Swedish speaker
- Comfortable with outbound outreach
- Strong communication and self-discipline
- Quiet work environment, stable internet, and headset
- Sales, SDR, or booking experience is a plus
Benefits
- €12/hour base salary
- €40–€60 per booked qualified meeting
- €3,000+ monthly on-target earnings
