About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate operational processes into functional requirements, workflows, and data mappings
- Define data requirements, validation rules, and source-to-target mappings
- Plan and support application testing, including UAT, regression, and release validation
- Investigate data issues and document defects with technical teams
- Create application guides, process documentation, and training materials
- Train business users and support teams on new workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Systems Analyst or similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced Excel skills and working proficiency with SQL
- Experience with test cases and UAT coordination
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or pharmaceutical contracting experience
- Familiarity with NDC and HCPCS codes
- Experience with APIs, structured data files, or integrations
- Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
