Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Execute configuration changes and report build-outs using SaaS-based tools
• Develop reporting solutions to support operational and business performance analysis
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors
• Monitor data integrity across systems and perform validation
• Participate in QA and UAT testing during release cycles
• Support change management processes and document system changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in an analytics or systems support role working with enterprise applications
• Ability to utilize SQL, Excel, and other data management platforms to provide actionable insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, specifically value-based care data and systems
• Certifications or coursework in Population Health applications, Salesforce/CRM/ERP solutions, SQL, or Report building/Analytics
