T-CPT-11483 GoHighLevel (GHL) Technical Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, test, and maintain GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and opportunity stages
• Configure automation triggers, actions, and follow-up sequences
• Maintain and update websites built using GoHighLevel, including pages, content, and forms
• Support integrations between GHL and other client applications
• Manage assigned tasks through ClickUp and document technical configurations
• Troubleshoot GHL workflows, integrations, and website issues

Requirements

• Expert-level hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Proven ability to build GHL workflows and automations
• Experience creating and managing GHL pipelines
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GHL websites, forms, and related assets
• Proficiency with ClickUp
• Familiarity with CRM integration tools and AI tools
• Experience with Google Workspace
