About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support to business clients
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, connectivity and system issues
- Assist with Microsoft 365 user and account administration
- Support basic network connectivity and firewall configuration
- Use RMM platforms to monitor and support client systems
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate system notes
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers when necessary
Requirements
- Hands-on IT technical support experience
- Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and professional verbal English
- Remote client-facing support experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using RMM software
- Network and firewall administration experience
- Previous MSP or outsourced IT support experience
- IT ticketing and technical documentation experience
- Healthcare IT experience
