About the role
Responsibilities
- Mend, repair, and alter guest clothing and employee uniforms by hand or machine
- Distribute clean uniforms and record assigned and unassigned uniforms
- Send damaged uniforms for repair and remove substandard uniforms from circulation
- Document guest requests for laundry, dry cleaning, minor repair, and pressing
- Follow company safety and security policies and report hazards and accidents
- Welcome guests and address their service needs
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No high school diploma required
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds
