About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill talent requirements
- Drive workforce planning and recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Assess candidates and ensure a seamless hiring experience
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide recruitment expertise
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
- Manage recruitment priorities to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ months of experience in Emiratization
- Must be a UAE National holding a Family Book
