Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various hospitality roles
- Source and attract top talent to meet the needs of diverse venues and franchises
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Coordinate interview processes and candidate communications
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
