Talent Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction and engineering positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and manage recruitment campaigns
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and recruitment reporting
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies

Requirements

• Male Arabic Speaker
• 2–3 years of UAE recruitment experience within the construction industry
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of the UAE labor market and recruitment best practices
• Experience hiring technical and engineering roles (Site Engineers, Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, HSE Officers, Draftsmen, Foremen, and Project Coordinators)
• Willingness to commute to Sharjah
