Responsibilities

• Build MarketsVox's talent acquisition function from the ground up including processes, tools, and playbooks
• Own end-to-end recruitment across sales, technology, finance, compliance, and operations
• Partner directly with hiring managers and C-suite to define role requirements and hiring timelines
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and niche fintech communities
• Manage and optimise the ATS (Workable)
• Build employer brand presence across key hiring markets including SEA, LATAM, MENA, and Europe
• Track and report on key TA metrics such as time to hire and cost per hire

Requirements

• 4+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in fintech, brokerage, or financial services
• Proven track record of hiring across commercial, tech, and compliance functions
• Hands-on sourcing experience
• Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Workable
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and C-suite processes
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a bonus
