Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve the talent acquisition approach and scalable systems
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization, including sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement
• Partner with hiring managers to define success and translate business needs into recruiting strategies
• Use recruiting data and talent insights to drive better hiring outcomes
• Evaluate and improve recruiting technology and external resources

Requirements

• Experience building talent acquisition functions and infrastructure
• Ability to lead full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles
• Strong ability to act as a talent advisor to leadership
• Experience using recruiting data to diagnose challenges and recommend improvements
