About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and continuously improve the talent acquisition approach and scalable systems
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization, including sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement
- Partner with hiring managers to define success and translate business needs into recruiting strategies
- Use recruiting data and talent insights to drive better hiring outcomes
- Evaluate and improve recruiting technology and external resources
Requirements
- Experience building talent acquisition functions and infrastructure
- Ability to lead full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles
- Strong ability to act as a talent advisor to leadership
- Experience using recruiting data to diagnose challenges and recommend improvements
