Job description
Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle hiring processes for multiple roles across a wide range of functions and levels.
- Coaching and advising our hiring managers and leaders on how to make great hiring decisions.
- Using your passion and expertise in sourcing to find and attract the best talent.
- Optimising a remote-first hiring approach.
- Assisting with the pre-onboarding processes and beyond.
- Supporting People team projects.
- Collaborating with our VP People and other members of the People team.
- Identifying ways of bringing in D&I into every touchpoint with candidates.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Previous experience in a high growth start-up, scale-up or tech company.
- Experience of having recruited top talent in multiple locations.
- Independence and self-motivation.
- Confidence and experience in coaching and working with hiring managers.
- A data driven approach to sourcing and hiring.
- Creative, candidate-centric approaches to sourcing and selection.
- Fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- A degree in business, psychology, or a related field.
