Talent Acquisition Partner - MENA

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, engage and attract top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer
• Manage pipeline and achieve assigned hiring goals on the global hiring roadmap
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers as a key point of contact
• Support optimization of TA workflows, tools and processes
• Help promote Checkout.com as an employer with an outstanding candidate experience

Requirements

• 4+ years recruitment experience in UAE and/or Saudi Arabia, including headhunting for GTM roles
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organization and prioritization across multiple roles
• Basic reporting of recruiting metrics
• Openness to new technologies, including AI tools
