Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment processes from A to Z
  • Map customer needs and develop requirement profiles
  • Conduct search, sourcing, screening, and interviews
  • Design and publish job advertisements
  • Present candidates and provide advisory services to clients
  • Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates and clients
  • Build and maintain candidate networks
  • Ensure high quality, good candidate experience, and correct administration
  • Contribute to the improvement of working methods and recruitment processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with the full recruitment process from needs assessment to hiring
  • Competence in search, sourcing, and candidate mapping
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS systems
  • Very good communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Experience from recruitment agencies, staffing, or internal Talent Acquisition is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Teamtailor
