Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging job postings across multiple hiring platforms
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Develop a strong understanding of client hiring requirements and business goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Strong experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience conducting structured candidate interviews
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools
• Ability to work EST business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience recruiting for remote or international positions
• Experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing environment
• Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
