About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging job postings across multiple hiring platforms
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Develop a strong understanding of client hiring requirements and business goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Strong experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience conducting structured candidate interviews
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools
- Ability to work EST business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience recruiting for remote or international positions
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing environment
- Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
