About the role
Responsibilities
- Update and post ad content for job orders
- Contact and respond to candidates via email, job boards, and social media
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with qualified candidates
- Build and maintain candidate relationships
- Facilitate the hiring process in compliance with standardized recruitment practices
Requirements
- Basic computer skills including typing, web browsing, and email
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
- Ability to attend 3-4 business and training sessions each week
- Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
- Self-starter mentality
