About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding
- Conduct structured interviews to assess professional and soft skills
- Utilize AI tools for sourcing, screening, and process automation
- Analyze recruitment funnels and key metrics such as time-to-hire and conversion
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, Artstation, Behance, and other channels
- Consult hiring managers on role requirements and market trends
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to the employer brand
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the gamedev industry
- Proven track record with technical and creative positions
- Practical experience with talent mapping and active sourcing of passive candidates
- Experience with executive search and highly personalized outreach
- Proficiency in using various sourcing channels and ATS tools
- Ability to conduct various interview types (competency, behavioral, case-based)
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TeamTailor
- Experience recruiting for marketing positions
- Practical experience in international hiring
- Interest in automation and optimization of recruitment processes
