Talent Applications Specialist (Part-time)

Responsibilities

• Independently configure and customize Talent Applications based on business needs
• Maintain and improve workflows, roles, permissions, templates, and reports
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize application performance
• Support integrations between Talent Applications and other business systems
• Provide first-line support to end-users and resolve application-related issues
• Monitor HR data accuracy and integrity
• Ensure compliance with internal IT security standards and GDPR
• Manage vendor communications and evaluate updates

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring and administering HR software applications (HRIS, ATS, performance management, or LMS)
• Experience customizing workflows, roles, permissions, and templates
• Understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience troubleshooting HR systems
• Understanding of basic API and integration logic
• Intermediate English for communication and documentation
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian for stakeholder communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting integrations between HR systems and other business applications
• Knowledge of GDPR, ISO, and other HR or IT compliance requirements
• Experience working with Talent Applications vendors
• Experience delivering user training and creating technical documentation
