About the role
Responsibilities
- Attract, engage, and assess top talent across corporate headquarters divisions
- Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies
- Develop job postings and sourcing strategies
- Analyze recruitment trends to tailor search approach
- Proactively source, screen, interview, schedule and assess candidates
- Educate hiring managers on best hiring practices
- Manage candidate experience to ensure positive outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience
- Exceptional candidate management and negotiation skills
- Experience managing multiple requisitions across departments and locations
- Excellent networking, verbal and written communication skills
- Sourcing via social media, ATS systems, Boolean search and job boards
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to travel to other national offices as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Corporate recruitment environment
- Workday or talent management system experience
- English/Spanish bilingual
Benefits
- Direct hire position with compensation of $65,000 to $80,000 per year
