About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute campaigns post-strategy and proposal approval
- Coordinate deliverables between clients, content creators, and internal teams
- Brief creators on brand tone, messaging, and deliverables
- Monitor campaign milestones and timelines
- Handle client handover, approvals, and revisions
- Negotiate creator fees, scope, and usage terms within budget
- Manage creator contracts, invoices, and administrative documentation
- Facilitate timely creator payments
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with content creators and influencers
- Maintain an updated creator database
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or agency campaign execution
- Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating rates and licensing terms
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills
- Exceptional project management skills for managing multiple workflows and timelines
- High composure and adaptability in managing shoot logistics and client feedback
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE for full-time on-ground and office availability
