Talent Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify departmental and park-specific learning requirements
• Manage the end-to-end learning cycle including needs analysis, program design, delivery, and evaluation
• Deliver engaging workshops focused on technical, knowledge-based, and soft-skill development
• Design and develop innovative online learning content using Articulate and VYond
• Launch and manage learning solutions across platforms including LMS, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and Loop
• Support Emiratization strategy, internship programs, and cross-training initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience
• Strong background in training design, facilitation, and delivery
• Proficiency in ADDIE Methodology and evaluation models like Kirkpatrick
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Train the Trainer Certification (ATD / ISTD)
• Facilitation Certification (ATD) or Coaching Certification (ICF)
• Experience within Hospitality, Retail, Leisure, Attractions, or Theme Park industries
• Experience with Oracle Learning Management System (LMS)
• Skills in video, graphic design, and digital learning development tools
