About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify departmental and park-specific learning requirements
- Manage the end-to-end learning cycle including needs analysis, program design, delivery, and evaluation
- Deliver engaging workshops focused on technical, knowledge-based, and soft-skill development
- Design and develop innovative online learning content using Articulate and VYond
- Launch and manage learning solutions across platforms including LMS, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and Loop
- Support Emiratization strategy, internship programs, and cross-training initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience
- Strong background in training design, facilitation, and delivery
- Proficiency in ADDIE Methodology and evaluation models like Kirkpatrick
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Train the Trainer Certification (ATD / ISTD)
- Facilitation Certification (ATD) or Coaching Certification (ICF)
- Experience within Hospitality, Retail, Leisure, Attractions, or Theme Park industries
- Experience with Oracle Learning Management System (LMS)
- Skills in video, graphic design, and digital learning development tools
