About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day relationship with creators regarding their ventures
- Build trusted relationships with creators and their teams
- Turn creator commitments into clear filming and publishing schedules
- Secure filming time and manage schedules around travel and existing commitments
- Prepare creators with the content producer for shoots
- Follow content through filming, editing, approval, and publication
- Spot delays, scheduling clashes, and potential brand conflicts early
- Maintain a clear record of commitments, approvals, usage permissions, and published links
Requirements
- Experience managing creators, talent, or high-profile personalities
- Understanding of how to work with creators and their teams across MENA
- Fluent English
- Arabic is a strong advantage
- Highly organized, discreet, and calm under pressure
- Ability to use Notion, Google Calendar, or similar tools
