Talent Partner - 6 Month Maternity Cover - Dubai

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring quality, pace, and candidate experience
• Proactively source and engage top talent across global markets using direct sourcing, networking, and creative outreach
• Screen, assess, and present candidates with clarity, ensuring alignment on both skills and culture
• Maintain accurate candidate data, pipelines, and reporting in Ashby ATS
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth process flow and aligned decision-making
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand team goals and priorities
• Collaborate with People Ops Lead to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance
• Champion Sokin's culture and values through every recruitment touchpoint
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and trends
• Lead or contribute to special projects such as early-careers programs or diversity and inclusion initiatives

Requirements

• 3-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or technology-driven environments
• Strong experience recruiting within Commercial & Corporate areas (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, or Finance)
• Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, social channels, and networks
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Experience using ATS tools (Ashby preferred)
• Curious, creative, and passionate about people and culture
