Talent Partner

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, G&A and R&D from intake through accepted offer
• Run search kickoffs and define candidate profiles with hiring managers
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches and build pipelines of passive talent
• Conduct recruiter screens and send hiring managers slates with recommendations
• Own weekly search meetings, diagnose funnel problems and propose changes
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers
• Partner with HR Business Partners and People Operations on talent strategy and workforce planning
• Manage offers and candidate closing end-to-end with a high-touch candidate experience
• Use recruiting metrics to identify patterns and improve how the company hires
• Design AI-assisted recruiting workflows and evaluate them critically

Requirements

• Several years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple simultaneous searches
• Track record recruiting unfamiliar roles and functions
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Ability to run search meetings and partner with hiring managers
• Experience using funnel data to change recruiting behavior
• Experience working without a dedicated sourcer, coordinator or ops team
• Strong organization and communication skills in a distributed environment
• Proficiency with an ATS such as Greenhouse

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience improving recruiting workflows through AI tools, automation or process changes
