About the role
Responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, professional communities, and niche networks to find specialists
- Leverage AI workflows and automation to scale sourcing channels
- Establish vetting pipelines to assess annotators based on project requirements
- Maintain relationships with experts to keep the roster engaged
- Partner with project and delivery leads to translate customer specs into candidate profiles
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools
- Fluency building AI workflows to scale operations
- Comfort owning funnel metrics such as outreach volume and conversion rates
- Strong written communication and professionalism
- Track record in fast-paced, target-driven environments
