At Max Accelerate, we are redefining how the world’s most complex Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) projects get staffed and delivered. We provide an AI-powered, platform-based solution that matches projects with hand-selected, certified Maximo experts on demand.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured interviews with Maximo professionals to assess experience and certifications
- Record details on candidate skills, certifications, and technical expertise
- Track availability preferences and salary expectations across different regions
- Gather decision-maker information for references from candidates’ past project engagements
- Maintain and update candidate records within Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Monitor and nurture relationships with high-value Maximo professionals
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting in technical, ERP, or EAM roles
- Prior exposure to IBM Maximo, ERP, or enterprise software ecosystems preferred
- Ability to engage with candidates on technical skills like configurations and integrations
- Strong interviewing skills to extract detailed project and client information
- Experience with Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar recruiting CRM/ATS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MAS 9.2, Cognos, or WatsonX integrations
- Additional languages beyond English
What we look for
- 2-5+ years technical recruiting experience
- ERP or EAM ecosystem exposure
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Bullhorn)
- Strong technical interviewing skills
- English fluency
