About the role
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for all open positions, aiming to present 3 qualified candidates per role
- Proactively source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and Microsoft community forums
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Field Service, Customer Engagement/CRM and Power Platform roles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers in intake meetings to define requirements and candidate profiles
- Write personalized outreach messages and multi-step campaigns to drive response rates
- Pre-screen candidates through initial calls on technical fit, motivation, compensation and availability
- Map market and competitor talent landscapes, including Microsoft partners and end-user organizations
- Keep candidate records current in Greenhouse and track pipeline metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, agency or in-house
- Proven track record sourcing technical or specialized roles
- Advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter skills
- Experience with an ATS or recruiting CRM such as Greenhouse, Lever or Workday
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing Microsoft Dynamics 365 talent
- Hands-on Greenhouse experience
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules and legacy versions (AX, NAV, GP, CRM)
- Knowledge of Microsoft certifications and candidate skill levels
- Existing network in the Microsoft partner community or Dynamics user groups
- Experience recruiting for consulting or implementation partners
