Talent System Administrator - JSON

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features and platform changes for the talent marketplace using JSON-based approaches
• Support UI updates driven by configuration, data models, and front-end/back-end integration
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, including reproducing bugs and analyzing logs and requests
• Collaborate with product, operations, support, and engineering to translate requirements into solutions
• Design end-to-end integration architecture and define data migration strategy
• Lead technical discovery workshops and provide technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

• SQL and ETL tools
• Data modeling and transformation experience
• Integration frameworks (REST, SSO, middleware)
• Experience leading implementations or technical workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

• UI-related enhancements affecting screens, workflows, or user experiences
• SaaS deployment practices, release cycles, and incident workflows
• Scripting or programming with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#
• API testing tools and log/telemetry sources
• Learning-focused workflows or education technology platforms
