About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for tax transformation engagements
- Prepare, validate and reconcile tax and finance data
- Develop analytics and reporting solutions
- Support implementation, SIT/UAT testing and defect management
- Support eInvoicing, digital tax reporting and AI-enabled solutions
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to client workshops (depending on grade)
Requirements
- Experience in tax technology, tax reporting, finance transformation or data analytics
- Strong data and analytics skills, including SQL
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools
- Exposure to software implementation lifecycles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with eInvoicing, VAT reporting or digital indirect tax initiatives
- Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled solutions
- Relevant certifications in tax, accounting, data analytics or Agile
