About the role
Responsibilities
- Undertake activities with all children to ensure safety and facilitate physical, emotional, and educational development
- Carry out planned educational activities and programs of learning while promoting independent learning
- Provide a high standard of care and education within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- Encourage acceptance and inclusion of all children and adapt activities to meet individual needs
- Monitor, assess, and record children's individual needs using the Learning and Development Profile Book
- Maintain responsibility for the care, welfare, health, safety, and security of all children within the nursery
- Participate in assessments and prepare reports on children's work and development
Requirements
- University degree in Early Childhood, Education, or a related specialization with a certified Level III vocational certificate
- OR a high school diploma with a Cache Level 3 vocational certificate and at least two years of experience in childcare or education
- Native-level proficiency in English
- Currently residing in Dubai or planning to relocate to Dubai
