Team Head, Consumer Banking Transformation Team, CBG COO (SVP)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Consumer Banking Transformation Team and act as the project lead for CBG COO on strategic initiatives
• Manage the design and development of the end-to-end operating model under the phygital model
• Lead deep-dive analysis and workshops on "As-is" operating processes to identify pain points and gaps
• Drive stakeholders to develop resolutions for process gaps
• Lead design of end-to-end digital/branch operating processes to enhance customer and employee experience
• Perform people manager role including training, coaching, and internal mobility
• Provide advice on operation procedures and manuals regarding regulatory changes and audits
• Lead process reimagination initiatives to improve work efficiency

Requirements

• University degree in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 12 years working experience in banking & finance industry
• Experience with process & workflow re-engineering, wealth sales process, or consumer banking product management preferred
• Ability to think strategically and analytically
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of project management and model development skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and management capabilities
