About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and run Binance ADGM's independent, risk-based compliance monitoring and assurance programme
- Assure the Board, Senior Management, and the FSRA that AML/CFT, market conduct, client-asset, and prudential controls are operating effectively
- Ensure compliance with ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) rulebooks and applicable UAE federal requirements
- Lead the disciplined testing of controls and timely escalation of findings
- Provide evidence-based regulatory reporting to withstand FSRA supervisory scrutiny
What we look for
- Experience in compliance monitoring and assurance
- Knowledge of ADGM FSRA rulebooks
- Knowledge of UAE federal requirements
- Experience in AML/CFT and market conduct controls
