Responsibilities
- Develop Implementation Managers through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
- Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Support teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS experience in professional services or implementation.
- 2+ years of professional experience leading a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fintech or HR tech experience.
- Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries.
