Team Lead, Design

Responsibilities

• Establish and own creative direction, including visual identity and design systems
• Project manage and assign design tasks across the team, balancing priorities and deadlines
• Collaborate with other designers on print and digital projects
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable components such as Figma libraries and style guides
• Serve as a player-coach, mentoring team members while remaining hands-on in design work

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creative direction or design leadership
• Strong project management skills to assign, track, and prioritize work
• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries
• Experience working across both print and digital design
• Skilled at integrating AI tools into the design process
• Ability to work effectively across time zones

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong point of view on visual direction
• Comfortable evolving established design systems
• Strong collaborator across time zones and with non-designers
