About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as first line of management to a small team of Sales Development reps
- Provide real-time coaching on messaging, calls, emails, and time management
- Assist in onboarding and training for new SDR hires
- Refine outbound messaging, talk tracks, and email templates
- Monitor call quality and outreach execution
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align on key initiatives
- Contact qualified prospects using a consultative sales approach
- Document and track all leads and activities in Salesforce.com
Requirements
- 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience with consistent performance
- Experience mentoring peers, leading trainings, or supporting team onboarding
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to drive a high-performance culture and hold reps accountable
