Team Leader - Client Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of SME loan acquisition specialists and onboarding managers
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track team progress and performance
• Drive efforts to identify and target potential SME and corporate borrowers across the MENA region
• Oversee the seamless onboarding of borrowers onto the Yubiloans platform
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire a diverse set of borrowers
• Collaborate with lender partners to ensure high-quality borrower matching
• Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and industry associations
• Optimize the borrower onboarding process in collaboration with product and technology teams
• Utilize data and performance metrics to inform acquisition strategies

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in SME lending, fintech, or financial services
• 3-5 years in a team management role focused on borrower acquisition or relationship management
• Proven ability to lead and coach high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of the SME lending landscape in the MENA region
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with digital lending platforms and SaaS solutions
