About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly credit card acquisition and balance-building goals through direct sales channels
- Manage lead utilization, allocation, and customer engagement strategies
- Set performance goals, track daily activity, and monitor conversion rates
- Develop sales pitches and objection-handling techniques
- Mentor and coach the sales team with structured feedback
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and service quality
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify improvement areas
- Recruit, train, and certify direct sales agents
- Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Product teams to align field activities
- Adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer insights
Requirements
- Experience in sales leadership or team management within banking or retail sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving productivity
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to analyze performance data and KPIs
