About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly credit card acquisition and balance-building goals through direct sales channels
- Manage lead utilization, allocation, and customer engagement strategies
- Set performance goals, track daily activity, and monitor conversion rates
- Develop impactful sales pitches and objection-handling techniques
- Mentor, motivate, and provide structured feedback to the sales team
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards
- Review sales reports and KPIs to identify performance gaps
- Recruit, train, and certify direct sales agents to maintain low attrition
- Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Product teams to align field activities
- Adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer insights
Requirements
- Experience in sales leadership or team management
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving productivity
- Ability to recruit and train high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of sales performance analysis and KPIs
