About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver sales lead targets and ensure unqualified leads remain below 3%
- Execute projects through workshops to set goals, identify buying motives, and develop value propositions
- Schedule projects to generate sales leads and plan capacity for consistent conversion
- Monitor, coach, and provide feedback to Telesales agents through call monitoring and quizzes
- Select, recruit, train, certify, and deploy Telesales Agents
- Design effective product presentation scripts for various campaigns
- Manage team operations including work shifts, break scheduling, leave applications, and performance appraisals
- Recommend technology requirements to increase automation and productivity
Requirements
- Experience in telesales leadership or team management
- Ability to design performance measurement metrics and action plans
- Proficiency in sales strategy, process design, and training development
- Strong decision-making skills regarding lead generation and resource allocation
