Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 10–12 employees in their daily work
  • Monitor performance and ensure the team delivers according to established goals and KPIs
  • Drive personnel development and efficient work distribution
  • Implement and quality-assure working methods and routines
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts focusing on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to a company culture characterized by business drive and strong customer focus

Requirements

  • Previous experience successfully leading teams, preferably within customer service, support, or call centers
  • Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering world-class service
  • Positive, responsible, and detail-oriented regarding quality
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Clear and structured leadership style with a coaching approach
  • Ability to give and receive feedback effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills within a team and organization
